Delivery information

We offer next working day delivery on all items held in stock for postcodes within England, Wales, and Scotland (Not highlands). We offer next working day delivery on items charged by weight at checkout and additional options for weekend delivery. All items for sale on this website are stock items, we will dispatch items held in stock immediately subject to availability as soon as payment is received in full by the customer.

A delivery surcharge will be added to customer orders with postcodes outside of England, Wales, and Scotland (Not highlands) upon checkout.

Standard Deliveries
Subject to availability, it is our aim to despatch all orders so that they are received by the customer next working day anytime (Monday-Friday) if ordered by 3 pm the previous working day.

You should expect delivery at any time within this period (Monday -Friday) However we do offer additional weekend deliveries at an additional cost at the checkout (Mainland UK only) if ordered before 3 pm on Friday of any given week.

Next Working Day Deliveries
The cut-off time for which orders will be processed is 3 pm on weekdays (Monday -Friday) this is our standard delivery service based on the weight of items ordered.

If you place an order before this time it will be processed and despatched the same working day (subject to stock availability). Orders received after 3 pm will be processed the following working day. For example, if you order after 3 pm on Friday the order will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. (However, in the checkout you can upgrade to a weekend delivery at an additional cost if ordered before 3 pm Friday)

We offer a tracked delivery service whereby our third-party courier service will text or email the customer progress alerts on the whereabouts of their parcels with a one-hour notice prior to delivery. Please be advised that this is not a guaranteed next-day service due to the use of a third-party courier, the majority of our orders sent out do arrive on time. However, we are unable to accept liability for late deliveries.

Weekend and Bank Holiday Deliveries
We can only deliver orders on a weekend if ordered between Monday – and Friday before 3 pm. Our warehouse is closed over the weekend so if you make orders for the weekend after Friday at 3 pm the order will not be processed until Monday 9 am delivery Tuesday.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders on bank holidays currently. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the first working day back.

Out of Stock Situations
We always do our best to maintain high stock levels by receiving regular deliveries from our suppliers. Whilst it is our policy to avoid shortages in stock, this, on occasions cannot be avoided. Should an item not be available for delivery within the time you specify, we will contact you to advise you of the delay.
